This policy applies to consumers who buy Mattly Plus from us on the website https://mattlyapp.com (monthly, yearly or Lifetime). For purchases in the app Apple is the seller. Apple's terms apply there; request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Omid Efazat, Gartenfelder Str. 52, 13599 Berlin, Germany, email: [email protected]) of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

You can also declare the withdrawal with our withdrawal function "Withdraw from contract" at https://mattlyapp.com/widerrufen. We will then confirm receipt of your withdrawal by email without delay.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

If you requested to begin the performance of services during the withdrawal period, you shall pay us an amount which is in proportion to what has been provided until you have communicated to us your withdrawal from this contract, in comparison with the full coverage of the contract.

Special notes

Subscriptions (monthly and yearly) are contracts for digital services. You expressly request the immediate start on the checkout page by ticking the checkbox with this text: "I expressly request that Mattly Plus starts immediately. I am aware that if I withdraw, I pay compensation for the time used until then." You owe no compensation for the free trial period. If you withdraw after the paid period has started, we calculate the compensation pro rata by days in relation to the paid period (§ 357a (2) BGB).

Lifetime is a contract for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium. Your right of withdrawal expires early if we have begun performance after you expressly consented to us beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, you acknowledged that your consent means you lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we provided you with a confirmation of the contract on a durable medium (§ 356 (5) BGB). You give this consent and acknowledgement on the checkout page by ticking the checkbox with this text: "I expressly agree that Mattly Plus Lifetime is unlocked immediately, and I know that my right of withdrawal thereby expires." We send you the confirmation of the contract with your declaration by email right after the purchase.
